Fair News: Brad Miller takes first in corn, state with flashlight

Brad Miller displays his first place and champion class ribbons for his corn he entered in the Posey County 4-H Fair. Brad won first place at the Indiana State Fair for the flashlight he built. He is the son of Steve and Stefani Miller. Brad is a fifth grader at Marrs Elementary School.
