Relay has new 12-hour format

This year's Mount Vernon Relay for Life is starting off on a different foot with a new format.
Relay committee members and team leaders gathered Thursday, Jan. 26 to discuss the upcoming changes to the Relay and to announce its goals for the annual fundraiser.
New to this year's Relay is the overall format. An event that used to be spread out over a 24-hour-period of time is now going to be condensed to 12 hours.
