Ruby Andrews, 88

Ruby Mae Andrews, 88, of New Harmony, died Friday, Dec. 30, 2011 at New Harmonie Healthcare. She was born March 7, 1923, in Selkirk, Mo., to George Washington and Matilda Ann (Davis).
She married Wilborn “Red” Jefferson Andrews on May 29, 1948.
Ruby is survived by her daughter, Sandy and Ronald Morris of Cynthiana; a granddaughter; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband; a granddaughter, Cindy Magnussen; and 13 brothers and sisters.
Funeral service was Tuesday, Jan. 3 at Werry Funeral Home, Cynthiana Chapel with the Rev. Kevin Morris officiating. Burial was in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Griffin.
