Chainsaw Man Part 2’s Release Date Has Been Set!

Chainsaw Man Part 2's Release Date Has Been Set!

An estimated release date is provided by the creator of the original manga series Chainsaw Man Part 2 by Tatsuki Fujimoto. According to current reports, Chainsaw Man won’t have an anime adaptation until the following year, but even without one, the manga has steadily expanded its readership from a small cult to the size it has now. Fans were shocked to find that Fujimoto had planned to halt the series’ continued release in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine just as things were heating up because it was solely due to the success of the manga releases.

Confirmation of Chainsaw Man in Part 2

The return of the Chainsaw Man manga was formally announced following the release of chapter 97 on December 14, 2020.

According to hitc.com, the tale will continue directly from chapter 97 in the “second part” that will appear in the second issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.

When will Chainsaw Man: Part 2 be released?

Although no specific launch window has been revealed to far, Part 2 of Chainsaw Man is reportedly scheduled to premiere in 2022. The anime and manga adaptations will both be published in 2022, according to a tweet from The Weekly Shonen Jump on December 3.

But neither the creator of the series nor its authorised distributors included a specific day or month to the ‘WSJ manga’ declaration. Early predictions indicate that the manga series won’t resume until the second quarter of 2022.

However, further details will be made available when the brand marks the third anniversary of its first release in March 2022. Chainsaw Man “Part 2” will be available to readers worldwide on the Shone Jump+ website and app, just like the manga’s first instalment.

The Chainsaw Man: Part 2 cast

Cast details for Chainsaw Man: Part 2 have not yet been made public by the creator. Here is the anticipated cast for the same Part 2.

Power Teaser for Chainsaw Man: Part 2 features Ikue Otani as Pochita, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Denji, Yoko Hikasa as Makima, and Sumire Uesaka as Makima.

Tatsuki Fujimoto published a strange teaser on his Twitter page on March 3, 2021. It included some text, a thank-you note, and an image from the upcoming second chapter.

This piece of art is a teaser in another way, but it doesn’t reveal anything. The text also contains little information. The Control Demon that was born during the battle with Makima is shown in the preview being held by Denji.

At this time, it is unknown how many episodes or how much of the manga will be adapted. There might be a 12- or 24-episode season in the second part.

What will happen in Chainsaw Man Part 2?

The second instalment of Chainsaw Man’s plot is yet unclear. We already know that it will pick off where the first part left off, with Denji going back to school while juggling his new life and his work as Chainsaw Man. The plot takes place in a universe where human fears lead to the creation of demons. Demons are frequently dangerous and malevolent. Humans, on the other hand, may come to deals with them to make use of their skills.

Those who pursue and employ demons are known as demon hunters. Demons are born in Hell and live a permanent cycle between the two places, dying in Hell and rising again on Earth, and vice versa. Demons known as Primal Fears are incredibly powerful and have never been defeated. The passage between Hell and Earth is under the jurisdiction of the Devil of Hell. Demons are supernatural beings that, in extremely rare instances, may take over a dead person’s body and take on some of their memories and personalities. Demons that resemble humans are generally believed to have a friendly attitude toward people.

The story took place in 1997. Young man named Denji is a captive to poverty. He works as a demon hunter to fulfil his late father’s yakuza contract with Pochita, the chainsaw demon. Denji is murdered by the yakuza after being betrayed by them for making a deal with the zombie monster. Pochita makes a deal with Denji, merging with him to revive him as a cross between a human and a demon. A group of government demon hunters commanded by Makima visit Denji and convince him to join them in their mission after taking out the Yakuza. Denji concurs and works with Power, a blood demon.

Denji’s team comes upon The Katana Man, a hostile yakuza who appears to be connected to the Weapon Demon. Attacks by The Division are launched against Sawatari and Katana Man. Reze, a Bomb Woman and hybrid spy sent by the Soviet Union to capture Denji, is the object of Denji’s affection. She attacks the city, and Division just about manages to save Denji. After recovering, Denji fights beside her and accepts the opportunity to leave Japan together. She is secretly abducted by Makima before they can reconnect. The world becomes aware of Denji through his conflict with the bombshell woman. Four distinct assassination rings are found by The Division to be after Denji.

Denji is accompanied by a security crew. Despite Quanxi’s initial withdrawal and the brothers’ defeat, Santa Claus mounts a massive horde attack using his demon puppet skills. Makima rescues the gang from Hell while Santa begins a deal with the Devil of Darkness to give her more power. Quanxi, who turns out to be a hybrid, helps Denji. After Denji has recovered, Makima reveals that the Weapon Demon is a geopolitical asset that is under the hands of different organisations. The Gun Demon ambushes Denji, who then uses help from bystanders to slay it. By killing Power, Makima makes it clear that he is responsible for Denji’s troubles because Power intended to break Denji’s dreams of leading a regular life in order to end his contract with Pochita.

Denji is attacked by Pochita in his natural form after he seizes control of his body. Makima explains his goals, which include using Pochita’s ability to consume each demon’s demon in order to create a world free of fear and suffering. Her government has also granted her immortality for this reason. Destabilized by Denji’s deeds, Pochita uses the brainwashed hybrids to take down the Chainsaw Man.
