MV Girls Basketball perfect so far

The season has started well for the Mount Vernon Lady Wildcats Basketball team.

The Lady Wildcats defeated Bosse 49-39 on Saturday. Leading the Cats in scoring was Libby Steinhart with 15 points and 8 steals. Brooke Jackson had 11 points, 14 rebounds, and 6 assists, while Paige Robinson added 12 points. . The Lady Cats will return to action this Friday vs. North Posey. Mount Vernon is 3-0. They defeated Central last Tuesday, 27-20.
