A Summary of the Story
You must have been living under a rock for the last few years if you haven’t heard of Control Z. Now that you’ve arrived, let me give you an overview of the present state of the show.

Sofia is now on a mission to identify the hacker and expose the truth to the public. Will she be able to complete it? Is it too late to catch the hacker? Is the hacker going to divulge or keep her horrible secret hidden? There was a lot of unanswered questions in the show.
For the third season of Control Z, no official plot details have been released.
Why hasn’t Control Z been renewed for a fourth season?
Season 3 of Control Z will be the final season, as previously mentioned.
Netflix mentioned this in their preview of future Latin American series, which stated:
Netflix gave no explanation for why the show will not be renewed for a fourth season. We do know that Netflix series are increasingly struggling to make it past their third season, and it’s possible that they’ve decided that a third season is a good time to call it quits.
The first season received a “datedoc,” with the announcement that 20.5 million viewers watched it in its first 28 days. We haven’t had much data subsequently, though we were able to track how well the series performed around the world via the top 10s when season 2 arrived.
The performance naturally did best in Mexico, but it also managed to stay in the top ten across Latin America, as shown in the map below. Control Z isn’t the only Spanish-language series that will be ending in 2022. Sara was assassinated.
Valeria will stop after its upcoming third season, while Sky Rojo is also set to end in the next months. Keep an eye on What’s on Netflix for additional information on the Netflix Originals set to debut in July 2022.
How many episodes of Control Z season 3 are there?
There has been no official word on how many entries will be included in the possible third season. Given that the first two sets of Control Z episodes each had eight episodes, it’s logical to assume (or at least guess) that the third chapter will follow suit.
Is there a trailer for Control Z’s third season?
No, the season 3 trailer has yet to be released, and there is no way of knowing when the season 3 release date will be revealed, thus speculation on when the season 3 trailer will be released is futile.
