Danielle Hampson, the fiancée of Tom Mann, a participant on The X-Factor, has died. She was 34 years old at the time.
Mann, 28, revealed that Hampson, a publicist, died on the day of their wedding, which was due to be Saturday. Her death has yet to be determined.
“I can’t believe I’m writing these words, but my beloved Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – went tragically in the early hours of Saturday morning, June 18th,” Mann wrote with a black-and-white photo of Hampson and their son, Bowie, on Instagram. “What should have been the best day of our life ended in irreversible heartbreak.” I feel as if I’ve shed an ocean of tears. We never made it to the altar, never got to utter our vows, and never danced our first dance, but Danielle, you were my entire world and the best thing that ever happened to me. I’ll put on the ring I’ve always been intended to wear as a symbol of my undying love for you.”
Mann went on to say in his message that he will stay strong for his and Hampson’s son.
“I’m absolutely broken trying to digest this, and I honestly don’t know where to go from here,” he wrote. “But I do know I need to utilize whatever strength I can gather for our little guy.” “I promise I won’t tarnish the parent you’ve already become, but I swear I’ll do everything I can to raise Bowie the way we always wanted. I swear he’ll remember how wonderful his mother was. I swear I’ll make you so happy.”
“The most beautiful person inside and out,” Mann said of Hampson. The most amazing soul. We have lost such a special individual, and I am confident that we will see an outpouring of love that reflects this. I’ll try to find comfort in your words and remarks, but I’m grieving right now and will be for a long time. My dear Dani, the brightest light in any room, without you, my world would be nothing but darkness. I’ll never forget how much you meant to me.”
Messages of sympathy and support poured in in response to Mann’s remarks.
Lewis Capaldi wrote, “Love you, brother.”

Hampson and Mann were scheduled to marry in 2020, but things fell through. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the couple had to postpone their wedding.
Hampson was a dancer in addition to her PR profession. Her most recent appearance was in Harry Styles’ “Treat People With Kindness” music video from 2021. She also performed with Take That and the Spice Girls.
