Finally, a release date has been set! On Tuesday, April 12, Channel 4 will air the final season of Derry Girls at 9.15pm. This season’s episodes can also be viewed on demand through All4.

While Claire’s return has been confirmed by Nicola Coughlan, the rest of the main cast will not change. Erin Quinn will be played once again by Saoirse-Monica Jackson, who will be joined by Jamie-Lee O’Donnell, Louisa Harland, and Dylan Llewellyn, who will reprise their roles as Orla McCool and James Maguire, respectively.

Even though we haven’t seen Dara Briain on the show yet, creator Lisa McGee told Radio Times in 2020 that she would love to cast him as a character in the third series.
