Disney is offering 75 well-heeled people what it terms a “bucket list vacation” as some fans gripe about increased ticket fees at its theme parks.
The travel package, Disney Parks Over the World: A Private Jet Adventure, is priced at around $110,000 But it’s actually only $109,995. That package pricing is per person and based on double occupancy, so unless you pay a “single supplement” cost that starts at $10,995, you’ll be looking at over $220,000. Only 75 slots are available.
The 24-day trip includes private jet travel to all 12 of the company’s sites across the world, as well as visits to other man-made wonders including the Taj Mahal, the Giza Pyramids, and the Eiffel Tower. A tour of the Lucasfilm Campus and Walt Disney Studios is also included. The trip is scheduled to take place from July 9 to August 1, 2023, and reservations will open next week. The pricing does not include flights to and from the departure and returns cities.
Three adventure guides, Disney VIPs, Imagineers, cultural experts, and other surprise guests will be on hand to assist guests during the tour.
The private jet is a Boeing 757 “VIP-configured” by Icelandair, with long-range capabilities that allow for direct flights to maximize guests’ time in each destination. A chef, three committed employees, and a physician will make up the team. The majority of meals are covered by the package fee.
The minimum age for guests is 12, but 14+ is recommended. Kids do not receive a discount.
The Oberoi Amarvilas in Agra, Marriott Mena House in Cairo, Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are among the hotels available.
