If you follow the evolution of your periods and your symptoms of endometriosis monthly, you can have an idea of the times when you suffer the most. Try to clear your schedule during these times so you don’t have to rush between social and professional obligations and focus more on relaxation.

Living with pain is emotionally draining as well as physically draining, and conversely, calming your mind through meditation and deep breathing can help your body to feel better.
