After almost two years in her most recent role on the NBC soap opera, Tamara Braun is leaving. In an Instagram post, the actor who plays Ava Vitali announced her departure from the show.
Hey there, Days fans! Watch Ava’s final day in Salem on DOOL today if you want to say goodbye to her,” she tweeted. “I figured I’d share some of my recent (nearly) two-year experiences. with my first nose swab, begins at the end and concludes at the beginning. Oh my God! I appreciate all the love and encouragement you continue to give me. You all will be missed! I’ll still be around, and you can find me on Instagram! Lots of love.

In 2008, Braun joined DOOL in the role of Ava, a figure associated with Stephen Nichols’ Steve Johnson. She won her first Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2009 for her role as Ava. In 2011, she made a brief comeback to the serial opera as Taylor Walker, replacing Natalia Livingston.

During the 50th anniversary of DOOL in 2015, Braun returned to the role of Ava. In 2016, she will leave once more. In November 2020, she began her most recent tenure as Ava on the NBC programme, which lasted until 2022.
What Braun will do next is unknown as of now. She has previously been in various soap operas such as All My Children as Reese Williams and General Hospital, where she split her time between the roles of Carly Corinthos and Kim Nero.
