As Senior Vice-President, Global Music, Mike Hayes, who worked as an agent for ICM Partners for almost 17 years, has joined APA.
Hayes represented numerous clients at ICM Partners, many of whom are anticipated to transfer to APA, including The Go-Go’s, Belinda Carlisle, Jon Bellion, Ryan Adams, Phantom Planet, Mark Owen, David Duchovny, Gary Barlow, The Libertines, Manic Street Preachers, Good Charlotte, De’Wayne, Phantom Planet, Aly & AJ, L7, Atlas Genius, Billy Talent, The Amazons, Loyle Carner, Baby
Along with managing his own roster, Hayes oversaw ICM’s Festival Department.
According to APA’s CEO and President, Jim Gosnell, and Jim Osborne, respectively, “Mike is a highly well-respected touring agent with a tremendous client roster, all of whom are excellent additions to APA, and we can’t wait to start to work for them.”

ICM Partners executives and agents who become available as a result of ICM being acquired by CAA have been aggressively pursued by APA. Hayes joins fellow ICM alums Brad Turell, chief communications officer, and Andrew Rogers, head of global talent, at APA.
The most exciting part of this move, according to Hayes, is that it will give my artists’ careers the best chance to succeed thanks to APA’s long history of touring and teamwork-based representation.
