President Joe Biden will host two fundraisers in Los Angeles on Friday as he wraps up his swing through the city, with the events expected to draw a large number of Hollywood donors.
The president will first visit Andrew Hauptman, co-founder of the investment firm Andell Holdings, at his Brentwood home for an event.
The dinner, which will be a smaller gathering of contributors than the other on the president’s calendar, will be co-hosted by Jeffrey Katzenberg.
The bigger event will be an early evening gathering at the house of longstanding Democratic contributors Haim and Cheryl Saban, with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), a member of the January 6th Committee, who is also on the bill.
The price of a single ticket will start at $1,000. For those who write or raise $36,500, there is a “sponsor” ticket. The DNC’s Democratic Grassroots Victory Fund will benefit from the event.
