The son of troubled reality star Todd Chrisley, Kyle Chrisley, is currently dealing with legal issues of his own. Tuesday saw Kyle’s arrest in Tennessee.
Kyle Chrisley was detained for aggravated assault by the Smyrna, Tennessee Police Department, a representative for the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to ET.
The Sheriff’s Department representative said, “He was booked into Rutherford County Adult Detention Facility and later released on $3,000 bond.
Kyle’s arrest was not immediately followed by the release of information about it.

March 30 is Kyle’s court date.
Two months after his father, Todd, started serving his 12-year sentence in a federal prison for tax fraud and evasion, Kyle was charged. Julie Chrisley, Todd’s wife, is now completing a 7-year term.
Emotions have run hot between Kyle and his father for some time. Kyle’s daughter Chloe has been raised by Todd for a number of years, and the two have previously discussed their strained relationship. Before Kyle’s father was sentenced to prison, the two, according to Kyle, “rebuilt a bridge” in their relationship.
