Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev aren’t quite ready to give birth to their second child. Nikki, 38, talked about why she and her 39-year-old fiancé haven’t tried for a second child on the latest episode of Stitcher’s The Bellas Podcast. In July 2020, the couple had their first child, Matteo.
“I was discussing my baby fever with Artem.
We had a rather lengthy discussion about it “Bella suddenly remembered something.
“‘You know, I have baby fever, but I’m not sure what it is,’ I said. Is the situation as it is today correct? ‘Would you like to make an attempt at a female?’ ‘We need to wait,’ Artem genuinely said.”
“He [thinks] that, given how] our life is right now with work, with Matteo and his age and the care we give him, he said, ‘[Let’s wait] until he was four,'” Bella stated of why the Dancing With the Stars expert thinks he and his fiancée should wait to start a family.
“He’d rather wait a few years,” Bella explained, adding that she’s “ok with it.”
Bella revealed to ET in April that she was the one who wanted to put baby number two on hold for now.
“You never know what the future holds,” she told ET. “I pray that this isn’t the case. I’m completely exhausted.”
Bella revealed to ET that she and Chigvintsev are planning their wedding.

“It’s difficult to just obtain people’s information,” Bella said. “‘Oh my god,’ I’m thinking, and I keep asking Artem, ‘Did you receive your friend’s info?’ Have you received the contact information for your friend? ‘ ‘Do you want them at the wedding?’ I ask. He has yet to provide me with their contact information.”
“We are going to have some wonderful surprises during our wedding,” Bella pledged, once their big day comes.
