Combs has a total of six children. Misa Hilton-Brim was born in 1993, and she is their first biological child. He was in a relationship with Kimberly Porter on and off from 1994 to 2007. Combs adopted Porter’s son from a previous relationship, and they had a boy and twin girls together. Porter passed away in November 2018 after contracting pneumonia.

In October 2007, Combs and Sarah Chapman adopted a daughter. In Alpine, New Jersey, he recently purchased a property for $7 million.
