With the acquisition of Mumbai-based creative agency White Turtle Studios, U.S. marketing powerhouse Trailer Park Group has made its first foray into India.
Ankit Bhatia and Avinash Rajan founded White Turtle ten years ago, and the company has since grown to include creative, design, production, and strategic capabilities.
Over the last six years, the 140-person organization has worked with Amazon Prime Video, which has expanded its presence in the country.
Bhatia and Rajan will continue to run White Turtle following the transaction, reporting to Trailer Park CEO Rick Eiserman.
Trailer Park has created some of the most well-known marketing campaigns in the world, including those for Stranger Things and Marvel’s Avengers.
It has already collaborated with Amazon Studios, Disney, HBO, Netflix, and Xbox, and now wants to expand into India.

“Many of our longstanding studio and streaming clients in APAC have requested greater help, and this is a significant step in truly placing Trailer Park Group on the map in India, as well as across the broader Asia-Pacific area,” Eiserman said. “By producing market-leading creative work for both global and local customers, Ankit and Avi have developed a fantastic team and business.”
Trailer Park Group, according to Bhatia, is an “excellent partner in terms of their commitment to creativity, people-first approach, and growth strategy.”
